Date &Place: 3rd till the 6th of December 2007
Target group: 16 NGO members, University student Volunteers, and CRTD.A members. Participants were selected by the CRTD.A whereby they all had IT backgrounds, were involved in IT training within their institutions or interested in volunteering or carrying out IT training, and came from various geographical locations in Lebanon.
